📋 Description

• Be the point of contact for patients and healthcare customers
• Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about dental health insurance
• Handle payments and general account maintenance
• Provide accurate information on benefits, claims, and policy admin
• Maintain privacy and demonstrate empathy in all interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 3-4 relevant subjects (English) or US high school diploma
• Valid government ID, TRN and NIS card
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Flexible availability; weekends/public holidays
• Train/on-site at Red Hills Rd location
