🎯 Requirements

• Lead or manage a small marketing team.
• 3+ years in email and database marketing.
• 3+ years in marketing automation (Braze, Klaviyo, SFMC); Braze certs preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Direct response marketing experience.
• Knowledge of rewards and loyalty programs.
