• Own case study production end to end
• Publish customer-contributed content to promote HX messages
• Refine case study recruitment and production processes
• Grow engagement within underwriting community
• Identify and manage industry award submissions
• Edit and assemble short-form content for promotion and lead generation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience turning customer stories into published content
• Proven ability to run content campaigns with stakeholder coordination
• Experience producing short-form written and video content
• Experience growing a brand or audience through social content
• Good instincts for positioning and messaging aligned with brand narrative
• Ability to improve processes and reduce friction in multi-stakeholder cycles
