Customer Marketing Executive

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
• Create customer journeys and messaging across channels.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end: planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Use customer insight and performance data to improve targeting and engagement.
• Partner with teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns meet business, brand and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing CRM campaigns from development through to delivery and optimisation.
• Knowledge of using customer data and insights to improve campaign performance.
• Experience across direct marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or Marketing Cloud.
• A customer-focused marketer with experience understanding customer behaviour and delivering engaging experiences.
• A confident communicator who collaborates with partners across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded and motivated by continuous improvement and results.
