Customer Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute targeted customer marketing campaigns designed to increase cross-sell, upsell
• Analyze customer, account, and product usage data to segment audiences, identify whitespace
• Create compelling customer-facing content, including solution spotlights, use cases, case studies
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and other internal stakeholders
• Own and report against annual cross-sell and upsell pipeline and revenue targets, tracking
• Use campaign and customer performance data to continuously improve targeting, messaging, content

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on customer marketing, customer engagement
• Experience in software, technology, SaaS, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention strategies, customer engagement
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable
• Experience working toward defined revenue or pipeline targets and communicating performance against

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $92,500–$119,000 per year, depending on skills, education, experience, and work
