📋 Description

• Lead global Customer Advisory program, CABs for AMER/EMEA, and a global product council.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to produce customer stories and assets.
• Source customers for engagements and align with business needs.
• Drive adoption of customer content with Revenue and Marketing; gather feedback.
• Travel for customer events and marketing activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Marketing or PR, with 5+ in customer-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating CABs; B2B SaaS is a strong asset.
• Strong cross-functional partner (Sales, Success, Product).
• Commitment to exceptional customer experiences in marketing engagements.
• Experience integrating AI into marketing workflows.
• A storytelling-focused marketer who drives measurable outcomes.
