• Own customer email programs to drive expansion and adoption.
• Own onboarding and early lifecycle marketing (90 days).
• Run customer webinars: plan, produce, host.
• Capture customer stories: testimonials, case studies, videos.
• Build and run the reference program for customer advocates.

🎯 Requirements

• Customer marketing or advocacy exp in B2B SaaS.
• Proven expansion ARR or retention outcomes.
• Storyteller with strong writing and coaching skills.
• Cross-functional across Product, CS, Sales, Marketing.
• Bias toward action; can manage multiple programs.
• MarTech and AI fluency; HubSpot/Salesforce familiarity.
