🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer marketing, case studies, or advocacy content within B2B tech or related
• Excellent relationship skills; able to engaging with CSMs, VPs, and customers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to converse with end users to C-suite.
• Proficient with AI-assisted tools and platforms (e.g., Claude, Notion, Deeto, Salesforce).
• Strategic thinker who can nurture customer relationships over time and prioritize impactful stories.
• Team player who brings energy to a small, fast-moving function.
