Customer Marketing Programs Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute customer communications, including recurring customer newsletters, product updates
• Partner with Communications/PR to align customer messaging with earnings communications, product
• Drive customer engagement before, during, and after ChargePoint events, industry conferences, and
• Support the creation and management of Customer Advisory Boards and strategic customer engagement
• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing programs supporting onboarding, adoption, renewal
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify upsell, cross-sell, and customer expansion

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer advocacy, or
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building customer marketing, lifecycle, retention, or advocacy programs
• Experience executing scalable marketing programs and measuring performance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working effectively across multiple cross-functional teams
