Customer Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Fully lead onboarding project lifecycle for assigned accounts.
• Advise on asset taxonomy, metadata, governance, and workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and reporting.
• Identify expansion opportunities during onboarding.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Track time, budget, and risks in Kantata, Jira, Catalyst, Salesforce.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in project management, SaaS implementation, or DAM.
• Proven track record managing 10–15 mid-market SaaS projects concurrently.
• Strong tech aptitude; APIs, integrations; AI platforms familiarity.
• English fluency; German or French a plus; able to travel and Amsterdam twice/week.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and autonomous decision-making.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across Sales, Success, Product.
