📋 Description

• Be integral to onboarding by defining needs of new customers.
• Plan and prepare the tech space for deployment of MEDFAR's products.
• Implement functional interfaces for deployment.
• Develop IT clinical processes for EMR deployment.
• Participate in remote and on-site deployments with tailored tools.
• Deliver advanced training for clinic staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary studies in health, education, health software, or project management; or equivalent.
• 2-3 years in project management and software deployment.
• Strong organizational skills and project planning.
• Excellent customer service and thoroughness.
• Ability to empathize and manage client emotions.
• Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
