🎯 Requirements

• Native Spanish speaker with strong English and Italian.
• 1+ years in a customer-facing role; travel tech is a plus.
• Enjoy helping people, explain concepts clearly.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking for support.
• Empathetic, customer-oriented, and adaptable in communication.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to grow; Excel and Intercom or Zendesk experience.
