2+ years in operational analytics, logistics, or supply chain.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; data viz tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
Experience with SQL; interest in last-mile or distribution ops.
Ability to tell the data story and align stakeholders.
Proactive, curious, problem-solving mindset.
