🎯 Requirements

3+ years in customer ops/implementation or related.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Eng, CS).
Experience managing onboarding and implementation projects.
CRM experience, preferably HubSpot.
Build and manage operational workflows.
Strong English communication and stakeholder management.
