Customer Performance Field Officer - Nairobi

📋 Description

• Monitor assigned accounts and take action to maintain collection portfolio within accepted limits
• Contact customers to implement repayment schedules, educating them on timely repayment and
• Assist customers with issues affecting repayment, maintaining accurate records in M-KOPAnet
• Track non-performing accounts, recommend and execute returns/repossessions per policy, maintain
• Plan and execute field visits for payment/asset recovery, prioritizing high-value leads
• Conduct recoveries lawfully and peacefully, disengaging from hostile situations

🎯 Requirements

• Valid NTSA driving license with motorcycle entitlement (Class A2)
• Proven motorbike riding experience and physical fitness
• Proven experience in collections, debt recovery, fleet management, or similar
• Strong communication skills, especially with difficult/sensitive interactions
• Ability to manage field operations independently, including lawful asset recovery
• Proficiency with data tracking tools (Excel, Freshdesk)
