Customer Project Excellence Manager*

📋 Description

• Managing internal tracking of inquiries/projects for Engineered-to-Order (ETO) business
• Ensuring/conducting structured post-project reviews (technical, commercial, procedural)
• Develop and foster a culture of lessons learned and continuous improvement
• Supporting country teams with complex projects
• Providing coaching and mentoring for country CPMs
• Handling prototype projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or comparable
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in technical project management in special machinery, plant
• Proven experience in root cause analysis, lessons learned activities, and continuous improvement
• Solid understanding of business fundamentals, project profitability, and experience working with
• Excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, high level of customer focus
• Fluent English for international collaboration; German language skills are a plus
