Customer Project Manager

📋 Description

• Empower decentralized Country CPMs with technical expertise
• Streamline ETO projects and drive improvements across EMEA
• Support country teams with complex projects
• Coach and mentor country CPMs
• Handle prototype projects
• Proofread technical documentation and drawings

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Process Engineering or equivalent
• 3–5+ years in technical project management for special machinery/CAPEX
• Strong understanding of project profitability and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and customer-focused relationship skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region (20–30%)
