• Be the face of Insider One to clients, bridging their needs and technology
• Help clients understand their needs and which features/products best match their goals
• Ensure clients are utilizing the technology at their best
• Monitor and facilitate customer's adoption of technology
• Work with engineers, developers, and product specialists to ensure full tech support
• Develop and maintain key account plans to boost value
