Customer Project Manager (Industrial Equipment & Engineering)

📋 Description

• Lead execution of advanced process solutions for TOMRA FOOD’s major customers.
• Set up, implement and monitor a structured stage gate process with customers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to meet standards and deadlines.
• Oversee projects from quotation to commissioning for peeling and sorting equipment.
• Communicate customer design standards to the project design team.
• Develop and maintain relationships with 3rd party vendors and manage collaborations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an industry-related design or project role.
• Experience in the food or machinery industry is advantageous, but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for quality and accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
