Customer Relations Executive

📋 Description

• Act as a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance
• Manage a portfolio of 200-300 clients trading online through the platform
• Ensure clients use Ebury as their main platform for trading and making international payments
• Understand clients' business activity, core business, and FX needs
• Resolve client issues as they arise
• Liaise and mediate between multiple internal departments to find solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Swiss-German
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to excel in a busy client-facing environment with significant monthly workload peaks
• Experience with Microsoft suite (particularly Excel)
• Interest in currency markets helpful
• Confidence dealing with numbers - exchange rates, profit margins, commercial implications
