You will be a point of contact for corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance.
You’ll combine client-facing skills, operational know-how and problem-solving abilities.
You’ll be servicing the revenue and growth area of the business and act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.
You will look after a portfolio of 200-300 clients who will be trading online through our EBO platform.
You will have an understanding of clients' FX needs and ensure Ebury is their main platform for trading and international payments.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with high workload peaks and multi-task across platforms.
