Point of contact for corporate clients; provide daily operational and trading support
Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as brand ambassador
Support FX trading; ensure clients use Ebury as main platform
Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly
Handle multiple enquiries across platforms with high workload peaks
Service a portfolio of 200-300 clients trading online via EBO

🎯 Requirements

Completely fluent English and Czech
Sales experience is a plus
Knowledge of FX
Knowledge of Ebury's products
Strong written and verbal communication
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
