Customer Relations Executive (FX Dealing Desk)

📋 Description

• Point of contact for some corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance
• Service a portfolio of 300 clients trading online through the EBO platform
• Understand clients' business activities and FX needs
• Ensure clients use Ebury as their main platform for trading and making international payments
• Promote company offerings and identify new opportunities to grow new and existing key accounts
• Handle currency trade booking, banking information, figures, and high value/volume payments

🎯 Requirements

• Completely fluent English and Portuguese
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence in liaising and mediating between multiple internal departments to find solutions
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients as an ambassador
• Ability to multitask/prioritize – working around daily deadlines
• Head for numbers – exchange rates, profit margins, and commercial implications
