📋 Description

• Be the point of contact for corporate clients in Düsseldorf/Frankfurt.
• Provide daily operational and trading assistance, acting as ambassador for the product.
• Coordinate across internal departments to resolve client queries.
• Manage multiple enquiries across platforms for a diverse client base.
• Assist with live currency trades and banking information with accuracy.
• Support revenue and growth efforts by identifying opportunities and delivering best-in-class

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and Business-level English.
• Strong client servicing mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with monthly workload peaks.
• Experience multitasking and prioritising under tight deadlines.
• Comfort liaising between multiple internal departments and clients.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with currency markets is helpful.
