Customer Relations Executive (m/w/d)

📋 Description

• Providing daily operational and trading assistance to corporate clients
• Servicing revenue and growth areas of the business
• Acting as ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level
• Managing workload around tight time constraints
• Dealing with live currency trade booking and high value/volume payments
• Helping clients identify issues pre-emptively (e.g. payment dates, banking data)

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in German and business-level English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to excel in a busy client-facing environment
• Confidence in liaising and mediating between internal departments
• Experience with Microsoft suite (particularly Excel)
• Interest in currency markets
