Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, website chat, email, and marketplace
Guide customers on product details, usage, care, and styling
Convert inquiries into sales through consultative conversations
Coordinate with warehouse and ops teams for dispatches and exceptions
Support marketplace growth on Amazon, Tata Cliq Luxury, and other platforms
Maintain Muun Home's warm, brand voice in all communications

🎯 Requirements

Strong communication in English and Hindi
Comfortable speaking with customers and building rapport
Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
Interest in design, home décor, or lifestyle brands
Prior D2C or ecommerce experience is a plus
Flexible with on-ground work
