🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in customer relationship management, business development, sales, product
• Strong mechanical engineering knowledge related to screw compressors, rotating equipment, or
• Experience selling or supporting highly engineered products, aftermarket services, or OEM solutions.
• Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate, and manage strategic accounts.
• Strong business development and value-based selling skills; market growth experience.
