📋 Description

• Onboard new clients and explain products/services
• Be the first point of contact via phone and email
• Identify and troubleshoot client issues for swift resolution
• Build strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Educate clients with updates and best practices
• Record client interactions in our CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Excellent written communication (grammar/punctuation)
• Ability to write business emails with etiquette
• Fluent English with neutral accent
• Strong analytical and cognitive skills
• Attention to detail
