Customer Research Advisor

📋 Description

• Train and educate clients on Dscout features and functionalities
• Provide specific recommendations for clients' research design on Dscout
• Assist in running clients' research projects including planning, designing, recruiting, fielding
• Assist in creating training and educational materials for clients
• Provide support and guidance to research participants
• Act as customer advocate sharing feedback internally to improve product

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in design research, psychology, anthropology, sociology, market research or related field
• 1-4 years of professional experience (non-internship)
• 2-4 years of client-facing experience
• Strong client service and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of and passion for user research, UX and/or consumer research
• Strong project and time management; able to manage multiple projects
