📋 Description

• Build, strengthen, and leverage relationships with retail customers and key store-level contacts.
• Execute selling, shelving, merchandising, and distribution strategies designed to achieve revenue
• Ensure customer agreements and promotional programs are implemented effectively and consistently at
• Identify and pursue incremental sales opportunities, promotional opportunities, new-item
• Monitor pricing and store-level execution, identifying opportunities and issues that may affect
• Maintain strong communication with agency partners to align activities, priorities, and execution

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, merchandising, customer service, or a related commercial field is
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry is preferred, particularly within the
• Strong interest in sales, merchandising, retail execution, and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage responsibilities with minimal
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both
• Ability to interact effectively with contacts at different organizational levels.
