📋 Description

• First point of contact for customers; provide advice on bookings, rentals, complaints, invoices
• Assist customers by phone and email using online booking systems to make reservations
• Advise customers over the phone and via email while maintaining a sympathetic ear
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service and loyalty
• Available to start with the team on September 14, 2026

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent/native Dutch and English (written & spoken)
• Experience in customer service, call center, or BPO environment
• Reliable team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Thrive under pressure; flexible in a dynamic shift-based environment
• Enjoy international teamwork; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
