• Be the first contact for customers via live chat, email and phone.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service, contact centre, gaming or office support experience.
• Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
• Problem-solving and relationship-building with assigned customers.
• Comfortable working across multiple systems.
• Fast typing speed and computer literacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
