Customer Service Agent

📋 Description

• Welcome customers on arrival; deliver a friendly return experience
• Inspect rental vehicles for damage, fuel, mileage; direct issues to appropriate channels
• Complete return transactions; advise customers on final rental charges
• Promote SIXT products and services at returns
• Identify and tag vehicles for maintenance; move to correct location

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year of customer service experience; background in sales, service, or
• At least 18 years old; valid driver’s license with a clean record; authorized to work in the United
• Basic computer navigation skills; familiar with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work 40 hours/week; day or evening shifts; travel 5–10% (some by airplane)
• Uniform willingness; language skills a plus
