📋 Description

  • Provide clear, prompt, empathetic, customer-oriented support to consumers
  • Assist customers via email, live chat, and phone to resolve inquiries
  • Build a trusted network with our customer support team
  • Work with customers to understand how they use Sezzle and provide feedback to Product/Dev teams
  • Act as an advocate for customers, report areas for improvement in our product or processes
  • Identify solutions, share trends with leadership, and suggest innovations on behalf of the customer

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual)
  • 3+ years of customer support experience
  • Zendesk, LiveAgent or Jira experience is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
