  • Customer Service by email, phone or social media to resolve incidents
  • Manage incoming calls and chats and customer inquiries
  • Provide accurate information using the right tools
  • Handle complaints with solutions and follow-up
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Engage customers and coordinate with Operations during incident resolution

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in User Support or Customer Service valuable
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • High Dutch level (oral & written); fluent in Spanish or English
  • Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must reside in Spain
