Customer Service Agent English Speaker - Night Shifts (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• You are the first point of contact for our customers, advising them on bookings, rental agreements
• You support business and private customers by phone and email, helping them navigate online booking
• You approach every interaction with a sympathetic ear and a solution-oriented mindset, offering
• You collaborate closely with other departments to deliver the best possible service and drive

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a clear and confident way of expressing yourself
• Available to work fully remotely from Portugal in rotating shifts from 6pm to 8am
• Prior experience in customer service, a call centre, or BPO environment is required
• Organised, communicative, resilient under a heavy workload, and highly dependable
• Thrives in international teams and values exchange with colleagues across different backgrounds
• Comfortable working with MS Office programs, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
