  • High French level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English
  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must reside in Spain
