  • Customer service via phone, email, or social media to resolve incidents.
  • Manage incoming calls and chats to ensure high-quality communication.
  • Provide accurate information using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Work schedule: 8:00 am - 16:00 pm with 30 minute break.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service.
  • Experience using Zendesk preferred.
  • High Italian level and fluent in Spanish or English.
  • Strong planning, organizing, prioritizing and multitasking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; decisive and organized.
  • Candidates must reside in Spain.
