  • Customer service via email, phone or social media to resolve incidents.
  • Manage incoming calls and chats and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information using the right tools.
  • Handle complaints, offer solutions, and follow up to resolve.
  • Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies; keep records of interactions.
  • Work schedule: mid shift 6am-2pm, 5 days/week, 30 min break.

  • High Portuguese level (oral & written) and fluent in English
  • Customer service or user support experience
  • Zendesk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organizing and multitasking
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
