Technician Liaison: serve as the link between field techs and customers.
Customer Retention: handle cancellations and resolve concerns to maintain service quality.

🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in customer service/dispatch or office admin (home services preferred).
Familiar with PestRoutes CRM and phone systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear, confident English on phone calls.
Independent worker; able to manage solo responsibilities.
Experience in pest control, HVAC, or home services (nice-to-have).
