📋 Description

• Ensure seamless rental experience by verifying customer documents, checking driver's license
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle and handle exchanges when necessary
• Offer additional products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes while addressing
• Finalize rental agreements by confirming documents, adjusting as needed, explaining charges, and
• Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage, fuel levels, ensure personal belongings removed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
• Basic computer navigation skills, familiar with Microsoft Office applications
