Customer Service/Ground Operations Agent - SCK

📋 Description

• Provide customer service to all customers (scheduled or charter)
• Perform ground operations, aircraft cleaning, security, and commissary duties
• Process tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-ons, and assign seats
• Marshal planes and push back aircraft
• Handle denied boarding; re-accommodate customers; provide vouchers
• Operate heavy airport equipment (tugs, tractors, belt loaders, carts)

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US per immigration laws
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience; airline preferred
• Valid/unexpired driver's license required
• English: able to read, write, and speak
