Perform accurate data entry, including intake forms and scheduling appointments
Contact patients to obtain missing information or request documents
Upload patient data to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions
Share shipment tracking numbers with patients after dispatch
Handle patient communications, including FAQs and inquiries
Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication with patients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

At least 1-year proven CSR experience in a B2C or B2B capacity
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal (at least B2 level)
Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
Solid organizational and time management skills
Tech savvy and familiar with desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM and VoIP
Able to work a graveyard shift
