Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service
• Take and process orders over the phone and in person
• Operate a pizza oven and handle pizza peel and rolling cutter
• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes (frequent pinching)
• Scoop cornmeal, wash dishes, clean work surfaces
• Stock ingredients and supplies

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
• Must be able to make correct monetary change
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
• Ability to follow directives
