📋 Description

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Provide product advice on measuring, installation, and maintenance
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Process orders (including bulk orders) accurately and on time
• Monitor agreements and service levels
• Identify recurring questions and suggest improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written)
• Customer-focused experience is an advantage
• Clear communicator who explains things easily
• Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and accurate
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize effectively
• Comfortable working with computers and standard software
• Interest in our products and willingness to develop your knowledge
