Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Serve mortgage customers via inbound/outbound calls and written comms.
• Answer inquiries about loan payments, escrow, and statements.
• Resolve complaints; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Perform early-stage collections on delinquent loans (4-15 days).
• Document all borrower communications and update loan files.
• Coordinate with other teams on payments and issue resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer service; mortgage servicing or financial services preferred.
• Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel experience preferred.
• Experience with Sagent LoanServ mortgage servicing software preferred.
• Knowledge of mortgage regulations (TILA, RESPA, NACHA, FCRA) a plus.
• Strong communication, listening, organization, and time-management skills.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.
