📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries by processing orders accurately, efficiently, and with a
• Utilize company systems and processes (SAP) to enter sales orders, Conto Visione orders, and
• Process Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) in alignment with company procedures
• Register, track, and follow up on customer complaints, acting as a reliable partner in finding
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based customer relationships through excellent service and
• Communicate and collaborate with internal departments to gather information efficiently and provide

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred – an equivalent combination
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive customer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems are considered a plus
• Advanced written and spoken English
