Customer Service Representative - Dutch and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage buyers and sellers by resolving disputes and complaints.
• Resolve queries across chat, email, phone, and social media.
• Mediatе between buyer and seller to reach win-win solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Experts, and other teams to improve CS.
• Interim 7-month contract starting Sep 2026.
• Lisbon-based; hybrid with 2 days in the office.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years in Customer Service or Content Moderation; Live Channels valued.
• Professional Dutch and English speaking and writing; strong communication.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in customer-related roles (hospitality, retail, etc.).
• Able to switch between phone and email channels quickly.
• Available to work 40 hours per week; commute to Lisbon with 2 days in the office.
