🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years in Customer Service or related roles
• Professional Dutch and English language skills
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Experience with multichannel support (chat, email, phone)
• Willing to commute to Lisbon office ≥2 days/week
