Customer Service Representative - Dutch and English (Interim)

📋 Description

• Engage with buyers and sellers via chat, email, phone, and social channels.
• Mediate disputes to resolve issues for both parties.
• Provide timely, clear, and empathetic customer support.
• Work in a hybrid setup with office days in Lisbon.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of direct Customer Service or Content Moderation experience.
• Professional Dutch and English language skills.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours/week and two weekends/month.
